Research On China's Agricultural Supply-side Structural Reform From The Perspective Of Marxist Political Economic Theory

since the reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved leapfrog development,and its economic aggregate surpassed Japan in 2010 to become the world's second largest economy after the United States.However,in the second decade of the 21 st century,China's development has encountered various bottlenecks.Which the agricultural development problem is serious,the Chinese agriculture in agricultural production,imports,and inventory quantity of the "three JiZeng",poor international competitiveness of agricultural products,agricultural products supply and disconnect between urban and rural residents' consumption structure,agricultural ecology and economic sustainable development challenges such as situation,the emergence of these problems forced the implementation of agricultural supply side structural reform in our country.Therefore,the agricultural supply-side structural reform will become one of the key issues of Chinese scholars' economic theory research in recent years.Because agriculture is the foundation of the national security and involves all aspects of the interest,if the agricultural problems will influence the development of China's political,economic,social,even affect social stability and harmony.Agriculture as the foundation is not firm,the state building has danger of being overthrown,although China's food production more than ten years of continuous growth,the people's basic grasp their jobs into their own hands,but agricultural products cannot meet the requirements of the people's "quality" of life.We must adjust the problem of agricultural development to meet the consumer demand and enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products.We must study and by using the theory of marxist political economics deeply analysis the root cause of the problem,and puts forward Suggestions to promote agricultural supply side structural reform in our country.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the theory of marxist political economics using the method of literature retrieval and query,the combination of theory and practice method,and the unity of history and reality logic method was carried out on the history of the reform of agricultural supply in change,and from the competitiveness of agricultural products,agricultural structure,total agricultural product in our country,the sustainability of agricultural ecological analysis,through the analysis of China's agricultural industry structure and urban and rural residents consumption structure disconnect,challenges the economic sustainable development of agriculture,agricultural competitiveness in the international,agricultural ecological sustainability is the serious problem of our country agriculture supply side of the important reasons for the structural reform,which would allow us to better grasp the real situation of our country agriculture development,and clear agricultural supply side of the need for structural reform.At the same time,we analyze the difficulties in the supply-side structural reform of China's agriculture.We found in history,pay attention to with food,agricultural infrastructure is poor,not reasonable minimum purchase price policy,the agricultural industrial chain short and low content of science and technology,the farmers' professional quality is low,the low level of agricultural scale is the main cause of our country agricultural development difficult.Therefore,under the guidance of marxist political economics theory combined with the structural reform of agricultural supply side of the line with the target,we would like to ask you,agricultural supply side structural reform is developing agricultural science and technology,to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,innovation and development agricultural operators to improve their professional quality,to revitalize the land circulation increase the farmer's management scale,perfect agricultural financial insurance and subsidy policy,promote the reform of agricultural prices,and promoting agriculture and other industries for fusion and other comprehensive measures to promote better and faster development of agriculture.
