Construction Migrant Workers' Wage Issue And The Analysis Of Settlement Mechanism

Rural Migrant worker is a new type of work force which emerges from in the process of industrialization and urbanization since China's reform and opening to the outside world.With the development of rural migrant workers team,it produces a series of problems,such as rural migrant workers employment problem,political participation,etc.particularly with regard to the rights and interests of rural migrant workers protection,has become a social hot spot and focus increasingly,However,the phenomenon of "unpaid wages owe every year " always cannot be effectively solved,and then becomes a strange cycle that cannot be broken.This article will analyze the rural migrant workers' wage issue,combining the domestic and foreign related research in our country.Using the research methods such as literature synthesis method,case analysis.Based on the existing research status,we analyze the present situation and harmfulness of rural migrant workers' wage issue,Taking the case based of labor supervise in N county,Jiangxi province as an example,analyzing the reasons deeply and putting forward suggestions.How to perfect the prevention mechanism of rural migrant workers' wage issue,not only becomes the concern of the whole society,but also a sociological problem.We analyze the reasons as follows:1.The government becomes the main body of default.2.Malicious nonpayment of wages of boss.3.The construction unit shortage of funds.On account of the reasons of rural migrant workers' wage issue,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:1.The responsibility caused by government will be severely prosecuted.2.Improving the labor and social security laws and regulations and management system.3.Constructing effective and less-link enforcement procedure.4.Improving the rural migrant workers' rights consciousness.
