The competition of domestic banking is intense.If a bank intends to take advantage in the competition,they must have a highly competitive talent strategy.The core of talent strategy is salary administrative system.An efficient scientific salary administrative system is able to motivate the employees to improve enterprise efficiency.However,the start of domestic municipal commercial banks is later than others.There is still an enormous gap compared with foreign banks and listed joint-stock banks on the aspect of salary administration.The irrational salary administrative system of municipal commercial bank results in the outflow of talents.Municipal commercial banks have to raise the level of salary administration and build a scientific competitive rational salary system,which is the key to keep talents in order to remain unconquerable in the spirited competition of the financial industry.Bank of A city as a municipal commercial bank in A city developed by local finance and economy.There is a distance in financial strength,electronic information technology,and human resouces management compared with nationalized banks,joint-equity banks,and foreign banks.Now the main issue of Bank of A city in salary administration is their low level of salary management and irrational system lead to the outflow of talents,which is a common problem in China`s municipal commercial banks.Consequently,the problem of how municipal commercial banks handle salary management to attract and retain talents urgently needs to be solved.This thesis takes Bank of A city,Nanchang branch,as object of study;combined human resource management;operating commercial banks;practical experience;and use the experience of national and international commercial banks` successful practices.I will also analyse the problems and countermeasures of Bank of A city,Nanchang branch`s salary administrative system from theory to practice.There are six parts of this thesis:In the first part,introduce the selection`s background;significance of research;literature review;research method;and thought of this thesis.In the second part,Explain ideas and theory of salary administration;overview the idea of salary administration;briefly expound the basic theory of salary administration.In the third part,Take Bank of A city,Nanchang branch as example.Make a complete analysis of it`s current situation and problem of salary administration;analyse the current situation;capital problem and cause through it`s salary administrative system.In the fourth part,introduce salary administration method of Euro-American banks,analyse the inspiration towards Bank of A city,Nanchang branch,by use of Euro-American banks` experiences.In the fifth part,research on salary administration improving project of Bank of A city,Nanchang branch.The sixth part,conclusion and expectations.Summarize the conclusion of salary administration and make an expectation toward findings.
