The twenty-first Century is a new era of the world economic integration,global competition and knowledge economy,human resource has become the core basic resources of modern enterprise.Who can seize the excellent human resources would acquire the comparative advantage and dominant position in the fierce market competition.Open as the financial sector,the competition environment,the commercial banks are facing,is becoming more and more complex,along with the impact of Internet financial,urban banks and other institutions development on modern commercial banks,the quality,ability,comprehensive management level of the human resources in a commercial bank,has gradually become the bottleneck of restricting its benign development.How to implement strategic human resource management,to promote the steady development,to achieve its strategic development goals,have become a new task,and a new challenge faced by commercial banks.Human resource planning is the key link of commercial banks in the process of human resource management,to maximize the probability that the right people in the right jobs can exert its proper value in the appropriate position.A commercial bank should develop a scientific and rational human resource planning,according to the situation of the internal and external environment,which not only relates to the stability of the bank employees demand and supply problems,but also the foundation of the bank to achieve its long-term development strategic objectives.In the foundation of reading and summarizing the relevant theories of human resource management,this essay expounds the connotation of human resource planning,introduces the related theories of human resource planning,then using the qualitative research method to analysis the problems of the existence human resources management in H Bank Qingdao branch deeply,and using quantitative research methods,combined with the trend prediction method and Markov model of human resource supply and demand prediction,supply and demand situation of Qingdao branch in the next 4 years is predicted.Finally,to solve the existing problem in human resource management of Qingdao branch,especially for the human resource planning,the paper puts forward the planning program,the specific implementation plan,and safeguard measures.Based on the research,this article,hopes that through the introduction of modern human resource planning and management theory,to provide a more scientific analysis method for human resource management of Qingdao branch,to formulates a systemic and canonical human resource planning which could be in line with the H Bank Qingdao branch overall development planning from 2017 to 2020,and then,be able to put into the branch human resource management practice,so as to enhance the role of human resource management of promoting the business development of Qingdao branch,to enhance the core competitiveness of branch throughout the city of Qingdao,and to achieve the strategic goal and long-term stable development of the branch.
