Today's society is a world of economic integration.Competition exists between countries and regions.Today's society is a society with knowledge economy as its main body.At present,our country has entered the new economic era,and the important driving force for the development of this stage is knowledge and intelligence.The bearer and resource of knowledge and intelligence is human itself.Human is an important scarce resource,and a participant of all things and resources.His performance is the most active.With the increasing openness of China's financial industry,the competition environment is deteriorating and the competition among banks is intensifying.Moreover,with the progress of modern information technology and the emergence of Internet finance,the traditional commercial banks have been greatly impacted.Traditional commercial banks are facing severe challenges.Products and capital are not the only criteria for enterprises to compete.As an intangible capital,people play an increasingly important role in enterprises.Therefore,human resources have gradually become the most important factor in competition among enterprises.Only by promoting the construction of human resources management can enterprises enhance their competitiveness and promote their sustainable development.Commercial bank is a form of organization,its internal management is actually the management of human resources,so the competition in the financial industry is a kind of "human" competition and human management competition.An important content of human resource management is the reasonable and scientific planning of its internal personnel,which is a continuous organizational activity since the establishment of the enterprise.Only by making a scientific and reasonable human resource planning can commercial banks make their internal human resources give full play to their potential,realize the rational use of human resources,enhance their ability to deal with market risks,ensure the realization of enterprise strategic objectives,and promote the development of human resources themselves.One of the important constraints of the development of traditional commercial banks is the unreasonable human resource planning.The quality of human resources is generally low and poor,and the management level of relevant managers is not high,which makes it difficult for traditional commercial banks to develop forward.This paper analyzes the current development situation of R City branch of bank A,clarifies its performance in human resource planning,and points out the existing problems;through the analysis and summary of the development law of China's commercial banks,introduces the modern human resource management planning theory,and puts forward countermeasures and safeguard measures to solve the existing problems in human resource planning of R City branch of bank A.Through the management planning,such as talent introduction,training and development,to make specific feasible plans,and put forward the safeguard measures needed for the implementation of the new policy.This paper puts forward the safeguard measures from four aspects,the first one is to recognize the safeguard,the second one is to organize the safeguard,the third one is to guarantee the system,and the fourth one is to guarantee the system.Through the research of this paper,it provides some direction and ideas for R Branch to improve its own management planning system.It is hoped that this can promote the development of human resource management planning of Bank A R Branch,maximize the importance of human resource planning in commercial banks,and further enhance the competitiveness of Bank A R Branch and accelerate the realization of its strategic objectives.
