With constant development of market economy,small and micro businesses is booming rapidly in our country.It is playing an increasingly important role in national economy.The development of small and micro businesses injects new elements to economic social.However,under the background of changeable market environment,the problems existing in small and micro businesses is prominent day by day.Hefei L Company is an newly-developing small and micro company,since it was founded in 2011,the company has expanded gradually,and its turnover has been growing continuously.But in recent years,company management can't keep pace with the change from outside environment,which led to a development bottleneck period,especially lack of the construction of performance appraisal system.It is the basis and core of human resources management.The results from performance appraisal is the reference to staf's payment,promotion and so on.How to build a set of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,which could arouse initiative and reduce quit rate,is an important matter to current Hefei L Company.For the above reasons,based on the analysis of the present employee performance appraisal,the author focuses on Hefei L Company,and puts forward a research on Hefei L Company employee performance appraisal system construction.The paper separated into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction that introduces research background and research objectives.With a review of the employee performance appraisal research status at home and abroad,it provides the theory reference and guidance for the paper;The second chapter is the introduction of relative theories,including comparison of common performance appraisal methods,which build the theory base of the following research;The third chapter states the situation of Hefei L Company's existing performance appraisal and analysis its troubles.By the methods of telephone questionnaire survey and personal conversation,it provides realistic guidance for research;The fourth chapter designs Hefei L Company employee performance appraisal system,including appraisal targets,appraisal dimensions,indicators,indicators weight,appraisal hosts and appraisal standard.The fifth chapter is to implement appraisal system,which contains specific steps and security system;The last part is the conclusion and prospection.Summarize research results,analyze deficiency,direct the tendency for the future study.The employee performance appraisal system built in this paper should be polished in practice,the author hopes that the research result could offer reference for small and micro enterprises.
