With the era of knowledge-based economy, the psychological quality of employees has become an important aspect of the core competitiveness of enterprises, employees mental health is directly related to the level of the enterprise’s core competitive strength. In recent years, more and more enterprises in the staff of mental health management facing serious challenges, especially the downturn in global economic environment today, trapped inside of a large number of small micro-enterprise outside interference, the export situation is grim, the prevalence of employee psychological pressure huge, frequent job-hopping, the problem of rising management costs. Small and micro enterprises account for as much as 99% of the total number of enterprises in China, and its stable development of relations to China’s economic and social stability, therefore, how to ease the psychological pressure of small micro-enterprise employees, and inspire their drive to become the majority of managers of small micro-enterprise the primary consideration, but also become an important proposition for sustainable development of small micro-enterprise, small micro-enterprise employees’ psychological problems from the perspective of human resource management has a strong practical significance.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a set of enterprise set up for employees to effectively alleviate the employee psychological pressure to mobilize employees to work long-term welfare projects, to relieve employees due to work pressure, physical and psychological problems rather effective. Review of modern domestic and foreign advanced EAP theoretical results on the basis of small micro-enterprises for the study, limited to small micro-enterprise EAP application mode. This research writing that the use of literature, empirical research, theory reality, ask questions, analyze problems, and solutions to those problems writing, both the theoretical basis and practical test more realistic and effective conclusion.First, the article describes the theoretical background and practical background of the research, explained the purpose of this study and significance, and the study of innovation and inadequacies; Second, the concept of micro-small enterprises, the psychological profiles of employees within enterprises and domestic outside the human resource management theory to sort out, to find theoretical support for the development of EAP in the small micro-enterprises; then pointed out that the organization to promote "model for the development of small micro-enterprise EAP concepts, advantages, services, architecture, implementation steps, four aspects of the safeguards, impact assessment analysis shows that the applicable feasibility of strategies; Then, the mode of introduction of the Fijian Yung Cheng Food Co., Ltd., and control theory before practice analysis of the same type of micro-enterprise can learn from solution. Finally, the conclusion is:With the gradual optimization of the external environment of small and micro enterprises, the enterprise’s internal problems will be the main factors restricting its development. To solve the psychological pressure of small micro-enterprise employees, slacking, changing jobs frequently, have to take a full range of psychological interventions, through the introduction of the EAP in the enterprise organization to promote mode, rely on its internal growth of the EAP group, the effective solve the problem of psychological pressure, improve employee psychological sense of belonging, and to improve their work efficiency, and continuous self-optimization, so as to achieve a virtuous circle. At the same time and looking forward to the development of the EAP in the small micro-enterprise in China.
