Small and micro businesses is the basic force for economic development,and also is the foundation of the achievement of large enterprises,Super enterprises,rapid development of enterprises,will undoubtedly promote the rapid development of economy,the direct promotion of the rapid change in a country's economic and social problems,can a comprehensive regulation of labor employment and social stability,is an important strategic measure with the implementation of specific strategies.For Small and micro businesses,limited to the enterprise scale,the full efficiency of the application of the human resources become important,improve the internal employee performance evaluation mode,help to improve their work quality and efficiency so as to increase the overall strength of the enterprise,is the enterprise development goals and achieve the shortcut key.In this paper,on the basis of the investigation,thoroughly the current situation of performance management of Hunan province Xiangtan city Yuetang IT enterprises,combined with the long-term development strategy,the management of the basic theory as the carrier,the analysis of enterprise performance management system.Through the analysis and summary of the related characteristics of IT industry,and compared with other industries,we can get the expected effect of performance management for IT industry personnel.And then use the KPI evaluation method,360 degree evaluation methods of combining performance appraisal means,improve the internal performance evaluation system,on the staff of the daily work of the supervision and audit strictly,improve work quality and efficiency,promote the steady development of enterprise internal control.Through discussion and analysis,I hope it can benefit the performance management of small and micro enterprise marketing personnel.
