Management And Controlling Of Oil Consumption In Ben-Steel Mining Company

In the domestic enterprises,oil consumption management and controlling measures were rather complete in Shou-Steel,Bao-Steel,Wu-Steel,An-Steel and so on.And the effects of reducing oil consumption were significant.Oil consumption projects were managed and controlled,approved and tackled,and corresponding improvement measures were also made in Ben-Steel Group Corporation and automobile manufactures.Therefore,it was determined to strength oil consumption management and controlling in Ben-Steel Mining Company.Thus risk factors were investigated and analyzed.Through the process of “risk identification,risk evaluation,risk response and risk monitoring”,the process of oil consumption management and controlling was optimized and improved.So oil consumption index values were lowered significantly finally in mine.Common methods of risk analysis were currently constrasted and selected.And in the premise of considering “The range of oil consumption management and controlling was relatively large”,“Measures of management and controlling were relatively complicated”,“The demand of reducing oil consumption was of wide range”,“The requirement analysis of second phase of oil consumption management and controlling informationization project was inadequate”,so it was necessary to carry out risk management: risk planning,risk identification,risk evaluation,risk response and risk monitoring.It was based on a large amount of literature and practice,experience and research.It was analyzed and studied for oil consumption management and controlling systematically and comprehensively.The completed work mainly concluded the following four aspects:First and formost,by making full use of brainstorming and six thinking hats,risk factors were found.Thus 32 end-affecting factors were decomposed by cause-and-effect diagram(5M1E).Furthermore,the risk factors were found out by using the risk matrix.And 16 risk affecting risks were identified.It was analyzed by FMEA rules.Risk ranking was made in accordance with RPN values.And 14 key and important factors were determined,such as racing the engine,more curves and bad weather.Besides,risk response analysis was made by making use of SWOT analysis and Decision Tree.Countermeasure Tables of risk response of Ben-Steel mining oil consumption management and controlling were made.Thus in local conditions,the measures of reducing oil consumption were made in Ben-Steel Mining Company.And key risk indicators management was accepted.Last but not least,the cases were analyzed,taking the examples of improving the working efficiency of chain grate machine and improving the compression strength of pellets and its qualified yield.The effectiveness of risk management mode for oil consumption management and controlling in Ben-Steel Mining Company was validated by both instances.In contrast with the different stages of data of oil consumption index values,it had shown a declining trend.So it was demonstrated that risk management model of oil consumption management and controlling realistically was of manipulation,effectiveness,systematicness and pertinence.It was of guiding significance for the application of risk management in manufacturing industry.
