With the development of market economy, the increasingly fierce market competition. The young and knowledgeable talent has gradually become the key enterprises to obtain sustainable core competitiveness. The first job of the new generation of knowledge workers or the beginning of life, or have been in the enterprise has its own right to speak. How to motivate the pursuit of independent and diverse groups to create greater enterprise value is very significant. Psychological capital is an important way to create value for the enterprise, has a certain correlation with the psychological and behavioral variables, can generate competitive advantage enterprises belong to employees, and obtain the power of sustainable development. So in considering the relationship between organizational socialization and employee performance, is the psychological capital as an important individual differences variable is introduced and the mechanism of it. Appropriate organizational socialization process can help employees to grow and develop more rapidly, and obtain the approval of the enterprise. It also has a positive correlation with the results of the two aspects of employees and enterprises. In the process of socialization, especially for the new generation of knowledge workers in the process of actively integrating into new groups have a greater impact, so you can help them through a series of specific measures to adapt to the new organization as soon as possible. To pay attention to the process of organizational socialization is of great significance to improve the performance of employees and the competitiveness of enterprises. Under this background, it is of great practical significance to study the relationship between the psychological capital, organizational socialization and job performance of the new generation of knowledge workers.The research of this paper is based on the sample of some of the new generation of knowledge workers in DB company of Southern China. Through literature review, interviews, expert consultation and questionnaire, and other forms, with multiple regression of statistical knowledge, the relationship between the psychological capital, organizational socialization and job performance is empirically analyzed. The psychological capital positive impact on the performance of organizational socialization is very significant, positive effect on employee performance is very significant, positive influence on organizational socialization of psychological capital was also significant. In the organizational socialization effect on employee performance in the process of psychological capital, obviously played a mediating effect. Then according to these conclusions, combined with the status quo of domestic enterprises, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The goal of this study is to explore the psychological capital play the mediating effect of organizational socialization, the influence of employee performance. At the same time as the enterprise can effectively improve the performance of employees, increase the competitiveness of a little power.
