With the deepening of China's economic system reform,labor relations are gradually diversified and complicated.For some conditions at the expense of the rights and interests of workers and working environment of the "downward competition" has been our country into the labor conflict period,labor relations has become a major problem affecting the social stability and the development of enterprises.In recent years,labor relations have become a hot issue of experts and scholars,but they pay more attention to the institutional level and theoretical level,and lack of empirical tests.At the same time,the influence of population structure on the labor market began to appear,the new generation of employees has become a new generation of China economic construction as the main,with higher sensitivity and awareness for labor relations,the traditional human resource management measures cannot adapt to the current situation of the labor market.Therefore,based on the analysis of domestic and international research on labor relations and employee performance problems on the basis of the selection of the new generation of employees' performance as a result variable,with affective commitment as mediating variables,through the questionnaire survey method,explore the impact on job performance of cooperative labor relations,and provide a theoretical basis and application reference for the promotion of the relationship the construction of enterprise harmonious labor.Based on the data collected from questionnaires,using SPSS17.0 and AMOS.17.0 statistical analysis software,using the factor analysis,reliability analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the main conclusions are as follows: first,cooperative labor relations have positive effects on employee performance;second,affective commitment plays an intermediary role between cooperative labor relations and employee performance.On the basis of empirical results,in order to build a harmonious labor relations enterprise,put forward several suggestions of new generation employees job performance: first,strengthen employee participation management mechanism;secondly,strengthen the enterprise internal management communication mechanism,improve the management of employee satisfaction and working conditions;finally,pay attention to the interests of employees security,to build harmonious labor relations.
