In the era of knowledge economy,the competition of enterprises has evolved into the competition of talents,and the improvement of employees' work performance will enable enterprises to gain important competitive advantages.Employer brand belongs to marketing and branding in the field of human resource management.It provides a brand-new idea for the enterprise to manage talents comprehensively.The emergence of the employer brand will become one of the important means to enhance the performance of the employees.Some studies have shown that there is a close relationship between employer brand and employee performance and establishing an excellent employer brand image is one of the effective ways to improve employee performance.The atmosphere of labor relations is a kind of labor relationship perceived and presented by the company's members,followed by some typical atmosphere in the organization.In order to create a good employer brand,enterprises need to take some corresponding measures.At the same time,the company's labor relations will also improve and form a harmonious labor relationship atmosphere.At the same time,labor relations climate can significant influence staff performance.This article starts from the perspective of the employer brand and introduces the intermediary variables of the labor relationship atmosphere to study the mechanism of the employer brand affecting employee performance.The research idea of this article is based on combing,summarizing and analyzing the literature on employer brand and staff performance,the article proposes the relevance hypothesis that the labor relations climate of the new generation employees is the intermediary variable and constructs a theoretical model.Once again,the questionnaire and the data were collected and analyzed statistically,using statistical software SPSS17.0 to empirically test the proposed hypothesis;Finally,the conclusion of this paper is drawn from the empirical results.The conclusion of this article is:(1)Employer brand have a significant positive impact on staff performance,but employer brand influence is different in all dimensions.(2)Employer brand significantly influenced labor relations climate,which hada significant positive impact on the positive labor relations climate and a significant negative impact on the negative labor relations climate.(3)Labor relations climate has a significant impact on staff performance,in which positive labor relations climate have a significant positive impact on staff performance and negative labor relations climate have a significant positive impact on staff performance.(4)The influence of employer brand on staff performance affected by the role of some intermediaries in the labor relations climate.The innovation of this article lies in:(1)Taking the new generation of employees as the research object,the article discusses the constituent elements of the employer brand and the differentiated impact of each factor on staff performance,and verifies the mediating role of the labor relations climate in the influence of the employer brand on staff performance and elucidates a new focus for the corporate management research.(2)The ELS model is constructed,and according to the conclusion of the research,some suggestions are put forward for the establishment of the regulation system and management of the new generation of employees.
