Research On The Tourists' Characteristics And Regulation Strategy Of Rural Festival Event Tourism

The rural revitalization strategy is an effective way to focus on solving the major real dilemma of urban-rural development imbalance and rural development in rural areas.Rural tourism,as an important area in the rural revitalization strategy,has shown new vitality.In recent years,with the serious environmental pollution and the pressure of life,more and more urban residents go to the countryside for leisure and vacation.Therefore,rural tourism ushered in a golden period of development.Moreover,rural festival & event tourism represented by Peach Blossom Festival has developed very rapidly in recent years.However,due to the restriction from transportation,industry,infrastructure and so on,the spatial and temporal distribution of tourists during Peach Blossom Festival period is not balanced.It often occurs in the rapid growth of tourists in short-term days and small areas,resulting in serious traffic jams,affecting tourists' experience,and bringing many unsafe factors.Comparably,the late period of passenger flow and working days is relatively small,which leads to the idle and waste of tourism resources.It is necessary to carry out the research on the unbalanced spatial and temporal distribution of rural festival & event tourism in order to promote the sustainable development of rural festival & event tourism.Guided by the basic theories of tourism flow,tourism location and tourism stakeholders,this paper comprehensively adopts the methods of literature analysis,comparative study and field survey to study spatial and temporal distribution of rural festival & event tourism based on the statistical analysis of the survey data during the Peach Blossom Festival in Shunping County,Baoding City.From the perspective of the distribution and regulation,the research analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of spatial and temporal distribution of rural festival & event tourism,and then put forward targeted strategies based on the data analysis in order to provide guidance and reference for the sustainable development of rural festival & event tourism represented by Shunping Peach Blossom Festival.In order to make the passenger flow of rural festival & event tourism more balanced during the festival,this paper starts from the time and space selection and distribution of passenger flow,and concludes that the passenger flow is related to the personal aspects of tourists,and the larger level is the impact of hardware and software.Software and hardware include destination infrastructure,activity projects,product format appeal,travel climate,and professional service levels.Therefore,in order to alleviate the concentration of passenger flow space,and to enhance the attractiveness and extend the industrial chain by means of the characteristics of the festival tourism,we should build an online reservation and sales O2 O platform,tap the local folk cultural resources,and develop a rural festival and cultural tourism based on the unique culture of the country.Featured products enhance the participation and interaction of tourists' tourism activities to attract tourists.At the same time,we should establish a real-time early warning and forecasting system for passenger flow,timely feedback through visual methods,and use scientific fast-paced slow-moving traffic strategies to alleviate The situation in which the passenger flow time is concentrated.
