| Our country's economic development is more and more quickly,GDP has growth more than 10%in last 30 years.In the recent 10 years,China's steel industry is developing at a surprising speed and steel production has taken up the most parts of the worlds'.With the development of steel industry,steel trade as its derivatives has also more and more been the attention of social economy.Due to the iron and steel products has gradually squeezed profit space,steel trade have to use the new economic environment to launch a new business model to seek development.On the basis of reviewed the strategic management theory,this article analyzes the external environment of Tangshan Jingcheng Trading Ltd form the aspects of macro environment,industry competition environment,and summarized the internal conditions combined with the resource of Tangshan Jingcheng Trading Ltd.In the integrated use of the analysis tools such as PEST,SWOT and Porter,we design the development strategic target of Tangshan Jingcheng Trading Ltd which is differentiation strategy on the basis of low cost.And it provides the basis for the future development,relying on the industry chain extension,e-commerce,supply chain management and other measures.At the same time,the iron and steel industry is more and more mature in our country,the trade is facing huge pressure of competition.Studying Tangshan Jingcheng Trading Ltd is helpful to analyze the future of steel trade industry. |
