Study On The Supply Of Land To The Adjustment Of Industrialstructure In Resource Cities

The resource-based city is in a special city industrialization development,in a certain period of time for the regional economic development provides a new economic growth pole,which greatly promoted the industrialization and city process,its historical status and role of prominent.However,with the accelerated process of industrialization,at the end of 1950 s,resource-based economy problem first in resource development center and regional resources industry where the main city,such as Germany,France,the United States Houston Lorraine Ruhr etc..The resource-based regional economic development slowdown and recession,caused the public for mineral resources and economic growth,resource economy(transformation)thinking and research development issues.Factors of production include labor,capital,land,and entrepreneurial talent.In the era of planned economy,land was used free or cheap in many cases,which caused the role of land in the process of creating wealth was often underestimated.Under the condition of market economy,urban construction land must be obtained through bidding or auction.Land supply becomes the priority factor of government or enterprise policy makers.The regulation of land supply to industrial structure is a new policy implemented in recent years,and the execution time is still short.The theory of system analysis research on the less,most scholars only studied the relationship between land use structure and industrial structure,and the research on land supply is an important means of regulation is very little.Therefore,based on the feasibility study,it is necessary to analyze and improve the mechanism of the industrial structure of the land supply in our country,based on the theory and empirical analysis.Through the study of the land supply and industrial structure adjustment of Datong,a typical resource-based city of Shanxi Province,the paper puts forward the implementation path of Datong land supply mechanism to promote industrial structure adjustment,and the use of city economics,land economics,industrial economics and regional economics related knowledge,combining the theory and the theory of industrial structure optimization of land intensive use,summed up a system of land as the path and Countermeasures of industrial structure regulation of production factors.
