Based On Low Carbon Ideas Of Shanxi Industrial Structure Optimization Analysis

Global warming as the main characteristics of global climate change has becomethe challenge for the human beings in the21st century. In efforts to develop economy atthe same time, human also continuously explore the economic and environmentalsustainable development model. After two industrial revolution and the informationrevolution, the low-carbon economy become the inevitable choice of sustainabledevelopment and solving the energy crisis, because of its characteristics of "lowpollution, low consumption, low emission". At the same time, the low-carbon economyis considered to be the important chance to get rid of the global economic downturn, andhas become a new mode of the world economic development. Shanxi Province is rich inenergy resources, and has made important contributions to the country’s development,but also brought the pollution of ecological environment. When the global is advocatingvigorously to develop low-carbon economy, how to keep up with the trend of theeconomic development in Shanxi, and achieve a new growth? Industrial structureoptimization based on low-carbon economy idea to provide a new economicdevelopment way for Shanxi Province.According to the domestic and foreign correlative theory of low carbon economyand industrial economics, on the basis of the analysis of Shanxi industrial structure,resources, energy consumption and carbon emissions, select the relevant indicatorsrepresent a low carbon economy, using data envelopment model to evaluate thecoordinated development between low carbon economy and industrial structureoptimization, according to economies of scale related decision making unit, decisionmaking unit of non scale economy of projection analysis, obtains the optimization ofindustrial structure in the process of supporting and impeding factors. Finally, accordingto the empirical analysis of existing problems put forward countermeasures andsuggestions.This article’s innovation mainly manifests in: one is the study on the optimizationof Shanxi industrial structure, the industrial structure, resources, energy consumptionand carbon emissions of four representative core elements, the low carbon economy aconstraint that transformed from qualitative variables for quantitative variables, fromShanxi on the industrial structure in the model quantitative analysis. Two is the use of data envelopment analysis on industrial structure, scale, draw relevant indicatorsinadequate redundancy rate and output rate, put forward reasonable suggestions.
