Shaanxi Green Industry Of Industrial Structural Optimization Under The Vision Of Silk Road Economic Belt

Silk Road Economic Zone is the 2013 China National President Xi Jinping proposed "westward strategy",Shaanxi is the starting point of this strategy,with unique development advantages.Shaanxi and Silk Road economic belt along the region to face economic development and ecological environment contradictory issues,the development of green industry can solve this problem.In the face of the strategic opportunity of building the Silk Road economic belt,Shaanxi should ensure that the higher output is controlled to the lowest level at the same time,it must optimize its green industry structure,not only can enhance the regional economic strength,Silk Road Economic Zone along the area of economic cooperation space.Based on the theory of green industry theory,industrial organization optimization theory and SWOT analysis theory,this paper further analyzes the enlightenment of Marx and Engels'ecological thought theory on the development of green industry by combing the domestic and foreign green industry and the Silk Road economic belt.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of Shaanxi green industry,SWOT analysis of Shaanxi green industry development from the perspective of Silk Road economic zone is put forward,and the countermeasures are put forward for the optimization of green industry structure of Shaanxi Silk Road.The specific idea of the paper is that,First of all,based on the theory of green industry and industrial structure optimization,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of Marx and Engels'ecological ideas on the development of green industry.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of the development of green industry in Shaanxi,and points out the problems existing in the development of green industry in Shaanxi.Thirdly,using SWOT analysis method,the strategic influencing factors of Shaanxi green industry under the view of Silk Road economic belt are systematically analyzed.Finally,from the strategic perspective,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of the green industry structure in the construction of the Silk Road economic zone,first,deepen the development of green industry system,strengthen the three industry integration linkage;the second is to eliminate regional barriers in the economic zone,looking for green industry cooperation and development model;third,standardize the standard of Shaanxi green industry;four is to increase the relevant policy support,play the government-led;fifth,vigorously develop the green service industry to promote the industrial structure of the height;six is the implementation of green industry financing diversification.
