Choice On The Development Mode Of Foreign Industrial Park Under The Strategy Of Silk Road Economic Belt

In 2013 Chinese government put forward the development strategy under Silk Road Economic Belt in the diplomatic conference,seeking an opportunity with the multinational joint development,in order to provide a convenient and fast way for our industry "going out".Therefore,with the background of the new times and requirements,as the biggest developing country on Silk Road Economic Belt,China’s industry should be in the Central Asian countries to build overseas industrial parks as the starting point to get effective outward transfer,finally promote the process of regional economic integration.This paper takes the theory and practice in foreign industrial park construction as the research object,starting from the definition of the concept of Overseas Industrial Park,then studies the relevant theories of overseas industrial park construction,and summarizes the current situation and successful experience of China’s Overseas Industrial Park Construction.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the research background and significance,current research status,research contents and methods.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis and practice summary,analysis and definition of the concept of foreign industrial park,the nature and characteristics of Overseas Industrial Park,and the relevant theory of the construction of Industrial Park.The third chapter mainly expounds Singapore’s Overseas Industrial Park,successful experience in Singapore Industrial park.The fourth chapter introduces the background of environmental factors and influence under the construction of industrial parks outside the main research Silk Road Economic Belt and analyses the economic background and economic conditions to support the construction of industrial parks,and the influence factors which hinder the construction of Industrial Park outside.In the fifth chapter,the paper discusses the choice of the development mode of the industrial park of the Silk Road Economic zone.The sixth chapter,this passage put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
