Inter-structural Relationship Between Silk Road Economic Belt And Mongolia-China-Russia Economic Corridor

In the background of globalization, regional economic development has become a trend of the world’s economic development. Based on the geographical relations and the influence of international political relations, the economic and trade exchanges between Mongolia, China and Russia have shown a stable regional economic characteristic. However, according to the current economic development situation and the existing problems, Mongolia, China and Russia still need to take certain measures in forming a systematic and stable regional economy. In September 2014, Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed the idea of Mongolia-China-Russia economic corridor, docking with the Russian crossing Eurasian railway and Mongolian Silk Road on the prairie. he construction of "Mongolia-China-Russia economic corridor" and Chinese "The Belt and Road Initiative" are a whole, as the starting point of strategic idea "the Belt and Road Initiative",it has a significant impact in promoting the strategic objectives of "Belt and Road Initiative" and the economic integration in Europe and Asia. The establishment of Mongolia-China-Russia economic group will enhance the economic benefits of Mongolia, China and Russia, and promote the relations between Mongolia, China and Russia. It has become a trend and consensus to promote the common economic development between Mongolia, China and Russia. It is imperative to establish Mongolia-China-Russia economic group.This dissertation takes the economic relations between Mongolia, China and Russia as the research object, combines with the economic exchanges among the three countries in history and Mongolia’s geographical features, takes the perspective of geo-economic theory to view the economic cooperation among the three countries, analyzes the opportunities and challenges of building the economic corridor, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This dissertation uses the geo- economic theory to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study of the economic cooperation among Mongolia, China and Russia, combined with the data analysis method, analyzes and solves the above problems based on the combination of theory and practice to analyze and solve the above problems. The problem to solve in this dissertation is how to realize the mutual construction between Silk Economic Belt and Mongolian Russia economic corridor, according to the special geographical relationships among the three countries. Due to historical reasons, Mongolia, China and Russia would face certain difficulties in realizing regional economic integration, to analyze the causes of the problem deeply and to put forward solutions are the main goal of this paper.This dissertation illustrates the important influence in the regional economic integration, based on the concept of geo economic theory, the connotation and the development of the theory; through the historical review and development status of the economic cooperation between Mongolia and China and Russia, analyzes the problems and influencing factors in economic cooperation; through the definition of the background and the main content of the Silk Road Economic Zone and Mongolia-China-Russia economic corridor, affirms the effect of the Silk Road on the birth of the Mongolia-China-Russia Economic Corridor; through the implementation of the strategy of Mongolia-China-Russia Economic Corridor promoting the Silk Road, predicts the boosting effect of the Mongolia-China-Russian Economic Corridor on the silk economic belt. Based on the analysis of the mutual relationship between the silk economic belt and the Mongolia-China-Russia Economic Corridor, puts forward the challenges and the countermeasures of the Mongolia-China-Russian Economic Corridor.
