In the face of the historical opportunities of the rapid development of global optical industry,how to accurately grasp the competitive situation of enterprises,formulate feasible development strategy so as to survive and develop in the market competition,which is the actual problem of NHG urgently needed to be solved.Through the development strategy research of NHG company,this article has provided the policy-making basis for the enterprise to participate in the market competition,and it has the extremely vital practical significance on the sustainable development of health and stability for NHG company.On the basis of summing up the previous research and analysis of the development dilemma of NHG company,through the investigation,research and expert interviews,starting from the actual situation of NHG company,using the relevant theories of strategic management,and then make the research on competitive strategy of NHG company.In this article,different methods are used to study the competitive strategy of enterprises.To the enterprise,five forces model are mainly used for exterior competition environment,based onVRIO framework of'Value Chain,the analysis of the external environment brings the opportunities,threats,and the internal environment of the enterprise has advantages and disadvantages,then makes the combinatorial analysis and the comprehensive comparison for advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.The strategic objectives of the company are made on basis of strategic options:building up characteristic optical material scientific research production base,creating specialized international famous photoelectric enterprise.Around this strategic goal,the enterprise has chosen the differentiation strategy and the alliance strategy as the main competitive strategy,and the implementation of measures are made as follows:optimizing the industry and product structure,improving technological innovation and R&D capabilities,strengthening human resources development and management,and strengthening market operation,improving organizational structure,information technology and brand culture construction.
