Xi'an SICONG Optical Element CO., LTD. is set up after reformation and reconstruction from a national enterprise's workshop. Due to the high-speed development of global optical market, SICONG Optical is facing even more intense market competition by taking advance of these opportunities. How to adjust the competitive strategy to the new environment and how to win the competition advantage in the optical market are the vital problems to SICONG Optical faces. It has very important realistic meaning for SICONG Optical to develop steadily and continually by the means of researching the competitive strategy of SICONG Optical.This thesis from SICONG optics development present situation, the environment of competition analysis obtained, to utilize five strength models the external environment which, the domestic major competitor located to the enterprise to carry on the thorough analysis, has discovered the opportunity which and the threat the enterprise faced. The use has carried on the analysis based on the value chain analysis's VRIO frame to the enterprise interior resources and ability, has carried on the appraisal using the environment of competition analysis conclusion and the IE matrix to the enterprise main product combination, has discovered the SICONG optics internal superiority and weakness, utilized the SWOT analytic method generalized analysis enterprise competition strategy alternative plan. As a result, three main competition strategies, such as brink infiltration, avoid the main forces and strike the weak point, cooperative competition, are proposed to SICONG Optical.
