With the increasingly fierce competition,the excellent talent has become the most precious resources in the enterprise.How to manage and inspire the employees,making them creat more value for the organization,has become one of the biggest chanlenges to the enterprise.In recent years,most of the researches are focused on the employee's positive behavior to the organization,so we should pay more attention to the counterproductive behavior research.So far,researchers have found that in the organization the counterproductive behavior is widespread,and it can do harm to the enterprise.Obviously,how to prevent and reduce the counterproductive behavior is of great practical significance to the enterprise.CPM leadership theory is firstly proposed by Ling Wenquan,which is based of PM leadership theory.The PM leadership is named by Sanyu,who is a scholar of Japan.According to Chinese traditional culture and society system,the CPM leadership theory takes three factors into account,namely the performance factor,the maintainece factor and the character factor.Existing research shows that the leadership style of the manager will affect employee's behavior,for example,the CPM leadership has negative affection on the counterproductive behavior.Besides,the CPM leadership also has affection on the psychological authorization,and the psychological authorization is significantly negative correlation with the CWB.Therefore,in this paper the author will try to explore the relationship of the three variables,and the psychological authorization is the mediating variable.On the one hand,this research has promoted the development of local leadership theory,on the other hand,it has great significance to the enterprise.On the basis of resisting literature,i will put forward the research model and hypothesis.This paper takes questionnaire methods,and the measurement scale comes from maturity scales.In order to verify the hypothesis,the author will use SPSS 22.0 to analyze data.At last,the author puts forward the rusult and suggestion.The empirical analysis results show that:firstly,the character factor is significantly negative correlation with the CWB-O and CWB-I,and the psychological authorization variable has partial intermediary effect;secondly,the performance factor is significantly negative correlation with the CWB-O and CWB-I,and the psychological authorization variable has partial intermediary effect;finally,the maintainece factor is significantly negative correlation with the CWB-O,and the psychological authorization variable has partial intermediary effect.Besides,the maintainece factor has no significent effect on the CWB-I.
