The traditional construction industry is characterized by large consumption of resources, large waste production, and its rapid development is bound to cause environmental pollution and ecological damage.Green construction is put forward in this context, aimed at the concept of sustainable development through the scientific management and technological progress to maximize the conservation and recycling of building materials, energy and water resources, and to reduce emissions of construction waste and pollutants. The process involves the different stages from green planning to construction,as well as the owners, designers, construction side, suppliers and other construction projects involved in the main body, thus affecting the efficiency of resource recycling factors and the relationship between the various factors on the resources. The mechanism of the recycling system is also extremely complex. This paper analyzes the influencing mechanism of each factor by using the explanatory structure model to reveal the hierarchical relationship and its type of each factor, and then identify the sequence of resource recycling system on the basis of combing the influencing factors of resource recycling in different stages of green construction.Put forward the cooperative strategy to eliminate the influencing factors, and accordingly guide the improvement of the efficiency and efficiency of the resource recycling system in the green construction process.First of all, elaborate the research background and research ideas, put forward the central thesis of the paper, and analyze the theoretical basis of research. The main factors influencing the recycling of resources in different stages of green construction were sorted out.The questionnaire was used to screen the influencing factors, and the explanatory structure model was constructed by ISM method,to determine mechanism and hierarchical structure. The use of efficiency is the appearance layer factor, which is the most direct and most basic influencing factors;construction project management level is the middle layer influencing factors, which is to connect the deep influencing factors and the surface of the link;coordination mechanism is the root cause factors and deep-seated factors.Secondly, use the ASP to construct the sequence parameter recognition model, identify the key factors and the whole order parameter set in each level of the structural model, and finally identify the sequence parameter set of the resource recycling system in the green construction process as {contractor resources recycling efficiency, the owner's ability, the architectural design scheme, the green awareness of the owner side, the level of construction project management, the green concept of the designer, the external system and the cooperative mechanism},and the synergistic mechanism may be the ultimate factor in the control of the overall macro structure, which is the slowest order parameter. Finally, based on the identified order parameters, the collaborative strategy of resource recycling in the green construction process is proposed, and the project is validated. In order to improve the strategy of resource utilization,we propose a strategy to promote the green building design scheme for the intermediate order parameters, and put forward the strategy of controlling the incremental cost of green construction for the sequence parameter. Finally, according to the Chengdu Yintai center project implementation effect, namely the system together in an orderly way,and reducing resource consumption increase, resource recycling and utilization benefit good to verify the validity of the cooperative strategy.
