The Research About Land Use Structure Evaluation And Optimization Based On The Synergetic Theory

As a kind of rare resource,Land play an invaluable role in human and the process of development.With the continuous development of economic society,in the face of the phenomenon of scarcity of land resources,in order to guarantee the land reasonable use in space and time,Land use planning was born.The most important content of land use planning is the adjustment of the land use structure in time and space.In the study of land use structure,the current researches from various scholars are confined to the optimization of land use structure in time and space,or simply involve the study of one aspect of land use structure,but no studies of land use structure as a whole to research.As a composite system,the land is complex and comprehensive study,the result is unknown about the fact that after the research of land use structure,what impact will have on the land use system.What kind of relationship between the land use structure and land use system?What kind of impact will play on to land use system when the land use structure get the optimization?These problems all need to discuss.Because of the birth of synergetic,the land use structure optimization has brought new direction.By building land use system,it can adjust the system efficiency;and make the general system of efficiency batter than the parts system of efficiency.This process can ensure land use structure gradually optimizing.Therefore,in this paper,combining with the relevant theory of synergetic,considering the research of land use system from the Angle of synergetic,under the land use system,we explore how to coordinate development between the land use structure and the lad use system.Based on this consideration of land use structure optimization,how to ensure that the optimized results can promotes the development of land use system.The paper mainly includes the following main contents:(1)Build evaluation system for the coordination of land use structure.Through the relevant theory of synergetic,we can build the land use system,and select the parameters related to state with reference to relevant literature.Through theoretical analysis and experts' consultation method,construct the system of order parameter.Using the grey correlation method,the order parameter can associated with land use structure entropy,so we can establish evaluation index system of land use structure Finally,based on synergetic theory,we can play eventually synergistic evaluation,and get the coupling coordination degree.(2)The construction of land use structure optimization model.Using the land use system,by the order parameter index of each subsystem,the multi-objective grey linear optimization model was constructed.Design of land use structure optimization model,with reference to predecessors' experience,and through relevant literature,using WINQSB GP software in land use structure optimization.(3)The selection about researches results in land use structure optimization.On the basis of the optimization results throughout the synergetic theory,this paper used the land use structure entropy and comprehensive benefits of land use structure to select the optimal results;this paper also use the order parameter index system to select optimal results,which can ensure the optimization of land use system operation.By the study,we can use the order parameter principle of synergetic to build evaluation system in coordination of land use structure.And through the land use structure entropy,we can use grey relational an analysis in the state parameters of the subsystems.Then through the order parameter system,this paper combined the changes in the land use structure and lands use system.On the basis of coordination of land use structure,the land use structure can be optimized.Based the optimization result of land use structure the land use structure entropy can be used again which can play grey relational analysis with order parameter system.So the final optimization results can ensure the optimization of land use structure,and can ensure good operation of the land use system.
