The Effect Of Rural Labor Force Transfer On Agricultural Output In Sichuan Province

Sichuan owns a vast land and large population.It shows that resident population of Sichuan province reaches 82.62 million,rural populaton accounts for 50.79%.From 1995 to 2015,the total number of employees in Sichuan province increased year by year,but the rural employees decreased year by year,these from rural employees constitute the main force of rural labor transfer.The proportion of rural labor force transfer in rural areas in Sichuan is increasing,which shows that the transfer of rural labor has become an irresistible trend.The transfer of rural labor force is a problem that the country will inevitably face.We can learn from experience of the developed countries that the labor force flows from the traditional agricultural sector to the modern industrial sector and from rural to urban areas,which is the key to the realization of agricultural modernization and national industrialization.The transfer of rural labor force is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of economic development in Sichuan Province.This paper mainly uses the theoritical and empirical combination,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,by studying the views of scholars from home and abroad,making summary and theoretical analysis on the characteristics and the current situation of agricultural output and rural labor transfer.By constructing Douglas production function model,analysing impact of rural labor transfer on agricultural output in Sichuan Province.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the positive interaction between rural labor transfer and agricultural output in Sichuan province.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,research significance,research purpose and research contents,and explains the basic concepts involved in this paper and relevant theoretical knowledge,and organizes the relevant domestic and international literature review;then the paper analyses the current situation of Sichuan province rural labor transfer and agricultural output,and explains the current situation of rural labor transfer in Sichuan province,and explains the current situation of Sichuan province's agricultural output;finally,based on the Cobb Douglas production function,this paper constucts model to analyse the influence of rural labor transfer in Sichuan Province on agricultural output,according to the above theoretical and empirical analysis,putting forword some useful suggestions.
