The Research On Financial Control Of DT Steel Group

With the development of China's market economy and the deepening of enterprise reform,the grouping of enterprises has become a popular trend.As data shows that,at present,more than 92% of the sub-enterprise system reform have completed in the company system reform.Mixed ownership reform enterprises have accounted for 68% of the number of households.About 10 central enterprises have carried out state-owned capital,investment and operation pilot in the restructuring of the formation of state-owned capital,investment and operation of the company.52 companies of each provinces completed the restructuring of state-owned capital investment.In the reorganization of the central enterprises,the SASAC continued to promote the Hong Kong China Travel Service Group and the Travel Group,COFCO and China Textile Group,Baosteel and Wuhan Iron and Steel of 10 central enterprises reorganization on the base of completing the 12 central enterprises' restructuring.Promoting the reform and development of state-owned enterprises,increasing the vitality of state-owned enterprises and state-owned economy control will be important to the establishment of a socialist market economic system,promote sustained,rapid and healthy economic development,improve people's living standards,maintain stability and unity of the political situation and consolidate the socialist system,However,with the reform and development of enterprise groups,its organizational structure has also changed a lot,leading to a variety of problems in the internal control of enterprise groups,such as lack of financial management and control capacity,which has been the primary obstacle to the development of enterprise groups.Which is also one of the hot areas of the current academic research on the internal control.In this paper,in the first part,we introduces the theory and method of group control,expounding the basic enterprise strategy and financial strategy theory,pointing out the "strategy" commonness and "financial" personality of the financial strategy,analyzing the group control operation principle and the group control process mechanism,introducing three common group financial control mode.We takes DT Group as the research object in the paper,investigating the problems existing in the financial control environment of DT Group,the current situation of financial control and the internal financial control of the group,analyzing the causes of the problem.Finally,we put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.We hope to provide reference guidance to DT group's financial control..This paper mainly adopts the research background and significance,the basic theory analysis,putting forward the question,the case analysis,the improvement suggestion.First of all,we make theory analysis from the concept of financial control,financial management,control models and other aspects of the group financial control.Then we referred to a large number of books and literature about financial control of the Group,and summarized the knowledge of the summary as the theoretical basis for this study.We analyzed the current situation and control situation of DT Group's financial control environment,then having a certain understanding of the status of DT Group's financial control through the analysis of the results,listing the problems of DT Group's financial control and analyzing its causes.Finally,we put forward some suggestions for improving the financial control of DT Group.This paper puts forward the rationalization proposal of DT Group's financial control from the financial control mode,capital budget management system,cost management,investment and financing risk management,financial control information construction,etc.,hoping to play a positive role in promoting the development of DT Group.
