Control Research And Application On Large Electrical Group Enterprise

Recently, group control has become a hot spot in theory research at home andabroad, which is a difficulty among the process of the development of the enterprisegroup. With the expansion of the scale of the enterprise group, compared with singleenterprise, the control problem of enterprise group is becoming more and moreimportant due to its characteristics and the difficulties of management. The enterprisesgroup in China has its own particularity because of its special established reasons. Thekey stone of this paper lies in how to solve these problems and establish a reasonableand effective e control system.Based on the theory of enterprise and management theory, this paper has analyzedand summarized the main factors which influence the control mode with three basicmodes for group control of capital operation type, strategic control type and operationmodel as the foundation. Then it applied the analytic hierarchy process(AHP） toestablish a control choice model. Finally through empirical analysis, combining thetheory with the practice, this study has been used in the actual cases, in order to helpenterprises which facing the same problems.Compared with the existing research, the main innovation of the research is shownas follows. First, it put forward a more complete construction process of control system.Then it changed the traditional group control model of the selection of leader bysubjective judgment and used AHP to realize quantitative. What’s more, the process ofevaluation is simple and clear, and the results are accurate. Finally, it has designed anew control mode and adjusted the control support, combined with the existence of thespecific problems of JD group control.
