A great many of large enterprises groups begin to invest something all over the world, which became the backbone of the country’s comprehensive economical power. If a country want to take a place in the fiercely international environment, the development of enterprises groups is undoubtedly the best choice for the country’s economic development. We should see these large groups and large enterprises as the foundation, which will bring the country a better development direction. Moreover, we all believe that the country will take a place in the world economic development. According to the latest news, the state is going to merge more than 100 large central enterprises into about 40 large enterprises, which made a great number of large scale enterprise groups so that they could go out of the country. If the Group’s financial management and control center couldn’t updated in time, which will cause some problems; All we mentioned above will cause the Group unable to manage and control the company effectively. Therefore, the research on how to implement enterprise group financial management and control effectively has become an urgent problem.In this thesis, I will regard the financial control mode in Hengtong Group as the main research object. I combined the basis of the theory of the domestic and foreign experts and scholars, analysis the reasons and the problems of the current financial control mode in Hengtong Group, and explore the suitable financial control system model in Hengtong Group. I will choose specific financial management control mode through researching on the others’ finance management control mode. Through analysis the specific situation of enterprise groups in China, I will put focus on the parent company’s financial management control problems in the practical work, I will learn advanced experience and study the deep reasons of the existing problems of financial management control mode of Hengtong Group. According to the study of financial management control mode above, I will puts forward specific improvement measures. Through the research and study of the financial management control mode of the estate group, I will provide some reference for the domestic enterprise group in financial management control mode. Through research on Hengtong groups, we could find a mode to improve the working efficiency of enterprise groups. Avoiding the risk of financial management and control so as to improve the overall working efficiency and promote the sustainable development of enterprise groups.
