As the integration of the world economy and the development of globalization,MNEs have played an important role in today's international economic activities.While attaching importance to the introduction of foreign direct investment(FDI),China is also increasingly encouraging Chinese enterprises to develop outward.Meanwhile,due to the continuous development of the economy,the increasingly demands of innovation of science and technology,and the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic market,the domestic market is gradually unable to meet the requirements of the development of Chinese enterprises,so that Chinese enterprises began to turn their attention to overseas market,and desire to scramble and chase the benefit in international market.During the process of "going global" of Chinese enterprises,some of them succeeded to open the foreign markets,occupied the market position and built brand and reputation,while some of them were buried in wave of competition.Refer to the overseas development of Chinese enterprises,Huawei is a non-negligible existence.As a private enterprise founded in 1987,Huawei became the world's biggest communications equipment suppliers in just 30 years,and its international business accounted for more than 60%of total revenue.The paper combines the insight of Chinese enterprises' going global with the experiences of Huawei's overseas development,based on the analysis of related theories of internationalization and research of foreign and domestic scholars,to analyze the issues of Chinese enterprises' going global,and come up with some recommendations for further development of Chinese enterprises in the international market.At present,there are four major problems during overseas development of the Chinese enterprises.First,lack of overall planning and arrangement for overseas development;Second,low level of internationalization of talent;Third,low level of R&D investment intensity and low proportion of scientific research in R&D investment;Fourth,problem on communications with stakeholders,especially NGOs.According to Huawei's overseas development experience,based on the above problems,the paper put forward the following recommendations.First of all,develop an overall planning and arrangement.Before entering the overseas market,enterprises not only need to define what their purpose of overseas development is and how to develop overseas,but also need to learn from other enterprises' overseas development experience,to develop a relatively sound management system to support their future overseas development.Second,improve the level of internationalization of talent.In the process of internationalization of talent,Enterprises not only should pay attention to the introduction of overseas talent,but also value the training of talents.Enterprises can not only establish cooperative relations with universities and research institutions,but also set up their own training centers.For the better development,enterprises not only need to refresh their human resources management system to support the internationalization of talent,but also emphasize the introduction and training for talents who have a good knowledge in finance,accounting,law and other related aspects with an international perspective and are proficient in dealing with international affairs.Third,improve R&D investment intensity.Enterprises had better continuously invest in research and development of products and technology in a large scale,to improve their effectiveness of R&D.And Chinese enterprises,including Huawei,should pay more attention on basic research and recognize the significance of basic research,allocating R&D investment reasonably.Last but not least,value all group of stakeholders,and improve the interaction mechanism with them.Chinese enterprises need to recognize their stakeholders well during their overseas development and recognize the importance of interacting with stakeholders.They need to establish a sound interaction mechanism,and actively communicate and interact with stakeholders,especially NGOs and medias.
