| With the rapid development of economic globalization,more and more Chinese mobile phone industry of private enterprises to go abroad.However,due to the challenges of competition,capital,technology and other aspects,China’s private enterprises in the overseas development of the mobile phone industry is not optimistic,so to find a suitable way for our private enterprise of mobile phone industry is particularly important.According to "Fortune" the world 500 strong data show,In 2015,our country has 106 enterprises,an increase of 6%.In these 106 enterprises,only 6 private enterprises.Although the number of private enterprises in our country is quite a lot,the degree of internationalization is not high.In the private enterprise of China’s mobile phone industry,in addition to Huawei,Lenovo,other corporate mobile phone popularity in the international world is generally low.In addition,Apple,Samsung have the high share of the market,not only in China,but also in the world.There are also some restrictions in China’s mobile phone industry in the development of private enterprise.By comparing the private enterprise with the foreign developed enterprise,the paper analyzes the shortcomings existing in the Mobile phone industry of private enterprises and finds out the suitable way for the development.The article has five parts.The first chapter is a basic introduction to this article,including the definition of key concepts and existing research results.The second chapter is the current situation of the development of private enterprises in China’s mobile phone industry.Through the analysis we can see that most of the private enterprises in China’s mobile phone industry are in the primary stage of development.The third chapter analyzes the development strategy of private enterprises in the mobile phone industry and the main problems in the development of private enterprises in China’s mobile phone industry.The fourth chapter is the comparative analysis of international experience and a comparative analysis of China’s mobile phone industry of private enterprises,this chapter first compare our private-owned mobile phone industry with Apple,then compare Huawei with HTC,because Huawei is the best private enterprise of the mobile phone industry in China,but the profits of HTC has declined.Find out the success of Apple Corp and the lack of private enterprises in China’s mobile phone industry.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this article,countermeasures and suggestions.The paper points out that the private enterprises of mobile phone industry in our country should go into mid and low markets,they should also have their own technology,gradually come out from simple import and export trade and processing trade. |
