The Research On XH Company's Procurement Cost Control Under The E-commerce Mode

Due to the continuous development of market economy and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,the nonferrous metals industry as raw material intensive industries must develop measures to strengthen the control of the procurement costs at this stage.But at present small and medium-sized nonferrous metal smelting enterprises'procurement is still in the traditional management mode in the lack of the information technology to control the purchasing cost.This paper introduces relevant theories of electronic commerce mode and start from the procurement status of small and medium sized nonferrous metal smelting enterprises to control the enterprise's procurement cost.Specifically,this paper takes XH company as an example.In the analysis of the procurement cost control status and existing problems,I put forward the third party electronic platform to optimize procurement processes and improve the efficiency of procurement proposals.On the basis of introducing the framework of the platform and the procurement process,I put forward the dual sourcing model for online purchase and offline purchases of the combination of 020 in order to expand the enterprise's procurement channels and reduce the risk of supply chain disruptions.In addition,in order to optimize the supplier evaluation system and enterprise's information system,the related procurement organizations have put forward corresponding countermeasures,which is to help XH companies can better reduce purchasing cost and improve corporate profits.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance and research at home and abroad,and is also a brief description of the research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the definition of related concepts and theories,which clarify the theory around the procurement cost control and e-commerce model.Third chapter is based on introducing the basic situation of XH company and formulate of the status and existing problems of the company purchasing.In the fourth chapter,combining the practice of XH company with other enter:prises experience at home and abroad at the same time,I choose the third party electronic purchasing platform suitable for online purchase in order to improve the efficiency of procurement and form the dual sourcing online and offline mode.In addition to other problems need to pay attention to the purchase cost control of XH company,such as how to optimize the supplier evaluation system,enterprise information system and the related procurement organization,I put forward the corresponding proposal.The innovation of this paper lies in:one is the innovation of research perspective.Although scholars have formed a relatively complete theoretical system of research on the control of procurement costs,the studies mainly focus on the macro level.This paper look from a new perspective as the breakthrough point and propose the corresponding control strategy of purchasing cost,which relates the theory of electronic commerce to the enterprise procurement cost control.The other innovation is the research object.The purchasing cost control of our studies focused on large state-owned manufacturing enterprises and emerging industries while small and medium sized private involves less.The XH company selected by this paper is a private non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises,which is the innovation of image compared with the past.
