Research On The Purchasing Cost Control Of Purchasing Center Of HL Company

In today's global integration,the important role of procurement in the enterprise no doubt,procurement costs have become the main and core part of enterprise cost control,has become the focus of attention of each enterprise.In foreign countries,the procurement cost control concept appeared relatively early,the theory and practice has become more and more perfect,and most of our enterprises in the procurement cost control is still in traditional mode,and constantly improve the cost control method of procurement,all enterprises is the current important strategic development goals.Based on the integrated IT system of HL company as an example,analysis of the original procurement cost control,on the basis of these theories,the basic factors affecting the purchasing cost and security factors,through the research on elements of control methods of these two aspects,the final HL company to optimize the procurement cost control.The following achievements are obtained in this paper:(1)Through theoretical analysis,the basic factors affecting purchasing cost include price,transportation cost,tax,etc.,through the parity method,standard cost method to achieve the purpose of procurement cost control,the influencing factors of purchasing cost include information system,purchasing personnel,suppliers,etc..(2)Through the questionnaire and expert interviews,the current company procurement cost control problems are analyzed,including the procurement personnel lack of professional knowledge,the information management system is not perfect,imperfect management system,supplier management is not standardized.(3)On the basis of analysis of problems and causes,the improvement measures are put forward.Including the management target of the purchase cost,improve the procurement cost standards and process control,improvement of supplier selection and dynamic adjustment mechanism,strengthening the procurement center department responsibilities and performance assessment,strengthen the construction of information technology procurement center,strengthen the purchasing personnel team construction.
