Research On The Reform Of The Endowment Insurance System Of Organs And Institutions In Taihu County

Having gone through 30 years of wind and rain of China’s reform,now the rest are hard nut to crack.Endowment insurance is a hot topic in China’s social security in recent years.Among them,the reform of the endowment insurance system of organs and institutions has had a direct impact on the perfection of the endowment insurance system.At the beginning of 2015,the promulgation of the decision of the State Council on the reform of the endowment insurance system of the staff and institutions of the organs and institutions has pushed the construction of the old-age insurance system to a new stage.The current endowment insurance System of Organs and Institutions,developed a number of initiatives to achieve social equity.In China,more than 20 provinces had responded positively to promote the reform of the endowment insurance in government institutions to enter the substantive stage of operation.This paper is based on the policy document what about the reform of the endowment insurance system which issued by the national and provincial authorities.On the basis of which reading a large number of domestic and foreign institutions and institutions(public officials)endowment insurance system reform on the basis of the relevant literature,the writer understood that the current situation of the research on the endowment insurance system of the public sector workers by foreign scholars and Chinese scholars.Besides,the writer has designed the questionnaire which based on the organs and institutions of staff as the research object,and lists a lot of possible problems in the reform to interview the specific person who working at the Organs and institutions in Taihu County.By the two ways of field survey which has a comprehensively understanding about the carried out of the reform which pension insurance system in Taihu County.In this paper,the concept and theory of the endowment system reform of the organs and institutions are described.Secondly,starting from Taihu County,combed the Taihu institution staff member follows the system of endowment insurance developments,the current reform ideas and implementation status,which summarizes main problems existing in the reform of the endowment insurance system in Taihu County.Finally,the writer analyzed the cause of each problem.After identify problems cause,puts forward establish and perfect the relevant policies and regulations,and reduce local financial pressure,improve the social security mechanism,optimize the handling capacity of individual account funds management and improve the system of endowment insurance top-level design the five aspects of the solution.Proposal of appropriate solutions,is conducive to guide the Taihu County institutions to carry out the work of the endowment insurance system reform work;is conducive to promoting the organs and institutions in Anhui Province endowment insurance system reform follow-up work is conducive to the realization of China’s endowment system fair and social harmony.
