Reseach On The Influence Of Land Circulation On Farmers’ Entrepreneurship

With the continuous progress of the urbanization process,a large number of rural labor force transfer,the income structure of farmers,agricultural production and management methods and crop cultivation patterns are changing.As a basic means of production,the phenomenon of land circulation is becoming more and more popular.Meanwhile land circulation and moderate scale operation have gradually become the new trend of China’s agricultural modernization.According to the Ministry of Agriculture statistics show that as of the end of June 2016,the national contracted arable land area has reached 460 million mu,more than the total contracted arable land area of 33.33%,while some eastern coastal areas,the proportion of cultivated land is more than 50%.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of land transfer,more and more farmers out of the land,in the national economic slowdown,higher labor costs and other pressures,corporate employment showed continued contraction of the phenomenon,migrant workers have gradually began to choose return home business.According to statistics,as of June 2016,the number of migrant workers to return home business has accumulated more than 4.5 million,accounting for more than 2%of migrant workers.At the same time,the central government has also introduced a series of policies to support farmers to return home business,hoping to effectively integrate the existing rural resources,tap the development potential of rural areas,broaden the channels of entrepreneurship,the development of diversified business model and other measures to improve farmers life to increase the income of farmers,farmers in this context under the issue of concern.Although,in recent years,more and more scholars choose to study the land circulation and farmer entrepreneurship issues,but also have achieved some results.However,the study of farmland land circulation and farmer’s entrepreneurship is mainly studied in the study of land circulation mode,the performance research of land circulation and the willingness to study the land transfer.The research on farmer’s entrepreneurship mainly focused on the analysis of entrepreneurial environment,social capital,human capital and other factors on the impact of farmers entrepreneurship.In these studies,few people have studied the impact of farmers’entrepreneurship from the perspective of land transfer.Based on this,this paper analyzes the influence of farmers’ land transfer on farmers’ entrepreneurship by means of Logit discrete selection model according to the research thought of "theoretical analysis-empirical analysis-conclusion enlightenment".In particular,the article structure frame is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,this part put forward the overall research ideas of this article,including:research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,as well as possible innovation.The second part is the theoretical basis and literature review,this part of the domestic and foreign entrepreneurship on the theoretical research results aresummarized,for the study of this paper to find relevant theoretical support.And then summarizes the relevant literatures from three aspects:entrepreneurship and farmer entrepreneurship,farmer entrepreneurship and land circulation,farmer entrepreneurship,and reviews the results of these studies.The third part is the model construction and statistical description.The empirical index of each variable is selected and the connotation of each variable is defined.On this basis,the Logit discrete selection model is proposed.Secondly,the statistical data of the sample are described,which will lay a foundation for the further analysis.The fourth part analyzes the influence of land circulation on farmers’ entrepreneurship.Secondly,it constructs the model of farmer’s entrepreneurial interaction,and furtherit analyzes whether the impact of land circulation on peasant entrepreneurship is directly or indirectly influenced by land transfer and farmer’s entrepreneurship.The fifth part is the conclusion and policy suggestion.On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis,the conclusion is summarized and the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward for the government to further optimize the entrepreneurial environment,promote farmers’ entrepreneurship and increase farmers’ income.Through the empirical analysis,it is found that the farmers’ land transfer has a significant positive effect on the peasant’s entrepreneurial choice,which means that after the farmers carry out the land circulation,they are more inclined to choose to start their own business and get the entrepreneurial income.In addition,from the regression model of the interaction model,it can be seen that the peasant’s cultural level,the interaction between agricultural training and land circulation can affect farmers’ entrepreneurship,and the cultural level of farmers,the interaction between agricultural training and land circulation as enhanced interaction Relationship,and their interaction with the land transfer,making farmers willing to start relatively strong,that is relatively high level of culture,participated in agricultural training and also carried out the land transfer of farmers are more likely to start and get entrepreneurial income.Finally,this paper provides the decision-making basis for the government to further optimize the entrepreneurial environment and promote the farmers to actively start the business from the perspectives of accelerating land circulation,strengthening farmers’ entrepreneurship training and increasing support for farmers’ entrepreneurship.
