Research On Operation Risk Management Of C Bank In Jilin Province

With the process of world integration and economic globalization,combined with China's coordinated and deepening the strategic plan of deepening reform,China's economic development has entered a new field,and the financial industry is becoming more and more complicated.Therefore,as a national commercial leading commercial banks,in the operational risk is facing severe challenges,including operational risk as an important part of business risk,the operation of the difficulties faced by naturally greatly increased.In order to ensure the healthy,stable and sustainable development of China's banking industry,this paper starts from the causes of operational risk,analyzes the domestic and foreign commercial banks,and analyzes the areas that need to be improved in the course of operational risk prevention,Comprehensively promote the operational risk management level of China 's commercial banks.On the basis of the information of domestic and foreign related books,this paper,combined with the actual situation of the operation risk management of C Bank Jilin Branch,adopts the methods of normative analysis,literature research and case analysis This paper has carried on the thorough research to the main problems existing in the operation risk management of the Bank of Jilin Jilin branch,and put forward the concrete measures to improve the risk management of the bank branch of Jilin Bank.Finally,the basic conclusions of this study are briefly summarized.The basic conclusion of this study is: C Bank Jilin branch is in the rapid development stage,has a complete operational risk management framework.However,the framework still has an imperfect place to improve,which,the implementation of the internal control system of the management index system is imperfect;business development and management risk management approach behind;operator management system is not strict and so on.Through the study of other commercial banks operating risk management of advanced concepts and rich experience,combined with the current operational risk management of the Bank C continue to improve the actual situation.
