Using The Theory Of Lean Production Optimization To Optimize W Company Screw Compressor Production Process Research

After the second world war,Japan’s Toyota motor enterprise through the use of lean production to improve market competitiveness.Companies began in the late 1970 s,Europe and the United States and Japan fully use lean production management mode,gradually formed a unique culture of lean production,lean production for these enterprises to bring huge market competitiveness,many large multinational companies.Began in the early 1980 s in China,some big enterprises have started to introduce lean production,looking forward to draw lessons from the external experience and advanced management methods to solve the problems existing in the production,but in the actual operation process due to the enterprise culture,management system,staff quality and other factors limit,find it difficult to succeed.In recent years,along with the increase in foreign companies,some of the outstanding domestic enterprises through the exchange of learning,are continuously grope for suitable for their lean production mode.In this paper,in combination with the practical production situation of W company screw compressor,through the value stream analysis method,using the value stream map analysis of enterprise production process each link,to find the reason for the enterprise in each production link is to waste,studies how to apply lean production theory to guide enterprises to optimize the existing screw compressor production line.Analysis problems of W company screw compressor production line,put forward the optimization scheme,help enterprises to improve the production status.This paper introduces the background and significance of topics,the lean production theory and value stream analysis method were introduced briefly.Use value graph analysis method of W company screw compressor production assembly line to conduct a comprehensive analysis,mapping the value stream.Through the analysis of the current value stream map found the need to improve the link of manufacturing system.According to W enterprise screw compressor sales forecast and the latest development plan in 2017,guided by the theory of lean production,the design of screw compressor for W company the latest value stream map production,study and formulate screw compressor manufacturing system optimization scheme,design the realistic significance of manufacturing system,and organize their implementation.In the process of research,the author based on customer demand,production system of screw compressor capacity and online inventory problem has carried on the detailed analysis and elaboration.Using the detailed data calculated,after the implementation of lean production of screw compressor production demonstration of each index in detail,points out the advantages inherent in the lean production mode.At present,more and more enterprises have realized that the theory of lean production enterprise development has the realistic meaning,and try to optimize enterprise by means of the theory of lean production,looking forward to success.But for the enterprise,must realize the lean production mode is not through the optimization of the production line at a time,lean production is actually a continuous improvement,the pursuit of perfect process.Only in the analysis-improve-again-to improve in the process of continuously eliminate waste,groped research conforms to the enterprise’s own production mode,the enterprise will constantly improve the development.Lean,while a foreign theory,but along with the increase in applications in all walks of life,it also will be in China to get rich and sublimation,to play an enormous role in the development of Chinese enterprises.
