A Study On The Operation System Of Bulk Stock Internet Financing Platform Based On Supply Chain Finance

The trade of bulk stock needed the fund is huge,and the enterprise in the industry always have a very strong demand to financing for keeping the operation of funds.but medium and small enterprise financing is difficulty in our country which is a common phenomenon,how to solve the problem of difficulty financing always is a research topic.In the context of rapid economic development of the world,Internet technology has been rapid development,the e-commerce platform of bulk stock has been developed gradually recently,which provide the business for more medium and small enterprises and promote the development of e-financing platform for medium and small enterprises to finance conveniently.In the current academic research process,many scholars will be e-commerce and supply chain financing together,and the actual benefits between the two in-depth discussion.In this paper,we study the origin of supply chain financing of e-commerce platform and its significance by reviewing related materials and reading relevant literature.And then has its basic theoretical knowledge and related concepts were summarized,analyze the operational mechanism of the bulk stock internet financing platform.The well-known Jin Yin Dao bulk stock trading platform and Ouyeel trading platform financing system in the running mechanism carries on the contrast analysis,and has analyzed the T enterprise’s financing platform specially.Point out the prevalent disadvantage and risk points of the these financing platform,and give some suggestions to solve them.This paper through deeply discussion and research to puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the financing platform,make the platform provide the financing serves for more medium and small enterprise in safe and convenient method.
