Research On Supply Chain Financing Service Model Based On E-commerce Platform

Since reform and opening-up for thirty years in China, the role of small and medium enterprises will become more prominent. They have created half of the GDP revenue, increased the rate of employment and contributed to the stability of social development. With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for financing of medium small and micro-sized enterprises has increased. However, the key factor of restricting their development is the financing difficult as the medium small and micro-sized enterprises' ratings are low,the phenomenon of “credit stinting” is serious. In recent years,supply chain finance has achieved a rapid development in China. Therefore,from a macro point of view, the theoretical and practical progress of supply chain finance can provide a effective solution for medium small and micro-sized enterprises financing difficulties.The internettechnology and e-commerce has been developing rapidly in our country at present. Banks is beginning to cooperate with e-commerce platform and logistics enterprise, therefore, a supply chain financing model based on e-commerce platform is born at the right moment. In this model, the capital flows, information flows and logistics flows have come together. The theory research and practice will be one of the most effective solutions of solving the medium small and micro-sized enterprises' financing problem.This paper proposes to establish a supply chain financing model based on e-commerce platform. Firstly, this paper defines the concepts of the pattern and gives the reason of establishing the model; secondly, it analyzes the model of operation, benefits and risk by comparing the online model with the offline model; thirdly, it analyzes the case of a network financing model of Treasure island website.; finally, it put forward the problem of model development and many effective solutions.In conclusion, establishing a supply chain financing model based on e-commerce platform is an effective measure to solve the problem of medium small and micro-sized enterprises' financing difficulties, reduce the risks of bank loans and promote prosperity of e-commerce enterprises and logistics enterprises. Therefore, the cooperation of banks and e-commerce enterprises will be a new direction of the development of supply chain finance theory in China.
