Research On Staff Turnover Of Internet Financial Company

Talent is the primary factor of the enterprise's development,it affects the enterprise's management efficiency,also the fintech innovation and application in the company.The loss of staff may cause the internal friction,which restricting the rapid and healthy development of the enterprise.Analyses the reasons of staff turnover issue,that the Internet financial companies are facing,and put forward the relevant improvement suggestions,which will be important for the sustainable development of the internet financial enterprises.Shanghai Fortune Cat Financial Services Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "Fortune Cat")is a start-up company in internet financial industry,it provides diversified financial services and has good reputation in its industry.The company now is stepping into its critical period of development,and encountering the problem of the staff loss which always happens in small and medium-sized enterprises.In this article,we take the company's active resigning staff as the object of the research,using the documentary analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews to collect relevant data.Through the comparative analysis of conditions of active resigning staff in gender,age,education,working time and department,analysis the employees' aspect and the reasons of the company side regarding the staff turnover issue,according to the analysis put forward the suggestions.
