Water and soil resources are an important foundation for human survival and social development.The study of water and soil resources comprehensive carrying capacity is related to food security and economic stability.It seriously affects the development of industry and agriculture production efficiency,which contributes to a clearer understanding of the problems of regional resource use and economic development,alleviate the contradictions between man and land,and promote the coordinated development of human activities and ecological environment.Based on the analysis of the present situation of water and soil resources in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzes the current situation of water and soil resources in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province by using the data of land development and total amount of water resources in the study area.This paper constructed a more targeted DPSIR model to analyzes the time-varying characterristics and trends of water and soil resources comprehensive carrying capacity in the six prefecture-level cities in 2005 and 2014,and then uses the GIS spatial analysis technology to explore the changes of spatial pattern and the main obstacles impact water and soil resources at a level in the base.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of soil r andwate resources in the base and proposes to provide scientific guidance for the future utilization of water and soil resources,and to provide reference and inspiration for promoting the coordination,health and sustainable development of water and soil resources in the study area.The results show that:(1)Since the implementation of the "revitalization" strategy,the comprehensive carrying capacity index of the land-level city-level cities fluctuates greatly.But the numerical gap is small.Among them,the comprehensive carrying capacity of Mudanjiang City and Jiamusi City shows a trend of small fluctuation of "N" type,which is divided into three stages-steady rise period,rapid decline period and fluctuating springback period.The change of carrying capacity of water and soil resources in Jiamusi is obvious,Mudanjiang City is almost flat with ten years ago.There is no uniform law of the carrying capacity of resource-based cities.Only the carrying capacity of Hegang City has obvious improvement.Jixi,Qitaihe and Shuangyashan have descended.(2)The spatial pattern of soil and water resources carrying capacity varies greatly.In recent years,the carrying capacity of water and soil resources in the southern part of the base has been increasing,and the fluctuation of water and soil carrying capacity in the northern part of the base has been reducing.The spatial pattern of base capacity has shifted from south to north and from regional single center to double center change.Finally it formed a comprehensive city Jiamusi high center area and outward expansion of the new pattern.(3)With the development of economy and utilization of resources,the comprehensive carrying capacity of water and soil resources is changing constantly.In this paper,the main obstacle factors,such as the proportion of effective irrigated area,the level of urbanization,the grain area per unit area,the per capita arable land area,the matching coefficient of water and soil resources are the second major barrier factors.In principle,the above five factors have made a great impact on the comprehensive carrying capacity of water and soil...
