This paper chooses the questionnaire of the professional toughness and work input of the small micro enterprise employees in the form of the current development of the small and micro enterprises in China under the premise of collating domestic and foreign relevant microfinance management literature.After the mobile version of the questionnaire,e-mail and other methods to issue a questionnaire,a total of 339 valid questionnaires.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.The three dimension variables of career toughness were emotion,cognition and behavior.The emotion includes professional enthusiasm and cooperation consciousness.Cognition includes adaptive ability and self-efficacy.Behavior,including long-term orientation,learning will be a total of six factors;and work input scale includes vitality,dedication and focus on three dimensions,a total of 17 items.In this study,the descriptive statistical analysis,correlation and regression analysis of professional tenacity and job input are presented.This paper concludes:(1)The professional toughness of the employees in the micro-micro enterprise under different demographic variables and the main variables(2)small employees in the micro-micro-enterprises in different demographic variables under the work input and the main variables have significant differences;(3)small micro-enterprise employees career toughness and the various dimensions of the work of the input Significant positive impact,that is,the stronger the toughness of the employee's career,the work will be the corresponding increase in investment.In order to make the micro-enterprise personnel reasonable use,enhance the toughness of the employees in the organization,improve the efficiency and input of the staff.Based on the conclusion,this paper summarizes the corresponding improvement strategies from the enterprise level and the employee level The sustainable development of micro-enterprises has some practical guiding significance.
