This study is the first study which work on the connotation and construction of career resilience systemically in China.Based on literature review,this study confirm the applicability of foreign career resilience inventory in China.The survey was conducted in Guangdong province.In the investigation,250 copies of questionnaire were distributed and 195 usable copies of questionnaire were returnes.Findings from this study included the followings:1.Using exploratory factor analysis(N=95) and conformatory factor analysis(N=100),a three-factor model of career resilience was devoloped.This indicated that foreign inventory of career resilience still got ideal reliability and validity in China.2.The results of T-Test and ANOVA indicated that some demographic and organizational factors have influence on career resilience.3.Regression results found out that proative personality,transformtional leadership, training,and employee involvement influence on career resilience significantly,while inner career opportunity and employment ensurance can't predict individual's career resilience.4.Regreesion results found out that career resilience is a significant predictor of career success,which including career satisfaction,compensation and job promotion.5.Hierarchical regression found out that career resilience is the mediator between proactive personality and career satisfaction.
