The strategies of Belt and Road Initiative of China and the Industry 4.0 have been put into effect since 2015.However,the severe problem of systematic shortage of demand is still not solved.On the other hand,the redevelopment of China's manufacturing industry comes from the drive of investment and relevant policies which is lacking in energy.The situation which China's manufacturing industry faces is still serious as China's economy drops in downturn and the investment is falling.Under the policy thinking of technical reform,product innovation and industrial upgrading,the railway transport and related equipment manufacture has become the breakthrough point.The organizational structure is a key element which may determine the efficient realization of the technical innovation strategy.The choice of organizational structure and the optimization ways of organizational structure determines the eventual height of corporates.We use Shenzhen Changlong Railway Electronic Engineering Co.,LTD as a case and make a case study.First,we analyze the course of the breakthrough development in organizational structure reform around 2010.Then we extract the dilemmas existing in the company's organizational structure.Finally,taking innovation strategy as a starting point,we discuss the possible measures which may optimize the company's organizational structure.Firstly,the thesis starts with the organizational structure theory and technical innovation strategy analysis by comparing the influence factors of technical innovation strategy,evolvement process,specific formats,features and characteristics of organizational structure in different periods.We set up the bridge between technical innovation strategy and organizational structure optimization.Secondly,with the analyses of history and the organizational structure characteristics,we deeply study the issues caused by improper organizational structure.Especially the problems of organizational structure mismatching are focused on,for example,the mismatches between department layout and factory operation,factory organization settings and market demand,mass production requirement and factory organizational structure.Finally,with the literatures of organizational structure optimization theory and technical innovation strategy theory,we provide multiple solutions through organizational structure optimization by considering both market demand and mass production requirement.Then we design the path of organizational structure reform in Changlong Company.
