To provide the high quality and competitive automobile components,is automobile manufacturing industry's basement of innovation and service for the terminal customer in China.The theory of lean production has a compass significance for China auto parts manufacturing enterprises in the production implementation.The purpose of this text is to combine with the cases for China's auto parts manufacturing enterprise and the understanding of the lean production and build an operational lean production model and method for Chinese manufacturing.To improve the production efficiency and the ability of cost control and enhance the competition ability of the enterprise.With the rapid development of China's automobile industry and related policy support,to maintain steady growth of auto parts manufacturing industry,but most enterprises lack the key parts of the core technical capabilities,product quality problems lack of stability,while the relative dispersion situation industry standardization,market volatility is huge,thus for the auto parts manufacturing industry there is a huge operation the challenge,to promote the status of lean production in Chinese auto parts enterprises,and combining the internal and external business environment changes,Chinese found in traditional manufacturing mode,still in the effective implementation of enterprise production cost is reduced,so how to implement sustainable,improved,can be used to carry out lean production management,has become one of the key factors of core the competition ability of automobile parts enterprises.Combined with the situation of B auto parts enterprises lean production project,using the implementation of lean production methods for the current weak links to be optimized,the process oriented process reengineering based on(value stream planning)to identify factors of value flow,through 5S and visual management for lean production work laid a solid foundation,and the implementation of total productive maintenance(TPM)is to ensure that the equipment is in steady state,and enhance the implementation of total quality management from all aspects to grasp and solve the quality problems,and then through the consumption control,periodic supply and balanced production of B auto parts enterprises to reduce inventory,with standard work to keep records of lean results,combined with the enterprise development capacity and demand on the assembly line,lean planning,through the quick change to increase the capacity for employees to use appropriate means of shock Participate in the continuous improvement of special intervention in management,to achieve the promotion of lean production.This paper is based on the following logic structure:Question-Analysis-Solve-Argumentation.The specific flow chart:The research background and significance>Analysis of the current situation of B auto parts enterprises>The principle and preparation of implement lean production system>B auto parts enterprises lean production system implementation>Results and summary.
