Research On MSO Production System Optimization Of A Company Based On Lean Production Theory

In today’s society, with the continuous progress of science and technology, productionmanagement science and technology also got rapid development, product diversification andindividuation, production techniques become more complex, market competition intense degreeincreases and customer demand diversification and so on, puts forward higher request for themanufacturing enterprise especially for the multi-variety, small batch and order enterpriseproduction and management. In such a background, if the enterprises want to get the order andoccupy the market, they must be able to meet the demand of the customers quickly and timely.How fast, high quality and low cost to provide customers need products, has become animportant research issue for the industry especially for MSO type enterprise productionmanagement.How to lower cost into formation and the market demand matching MSO productionsystem, so as to adapt to multi-variety, small batch and the delivery short market demand; Andhow to enhance the operational efficiency of the MSO production system, truly achieve smoothproduction, continue to improve product quality to reduce customer complaints, win the marketfor enterprises to create more profits, become an important part of the optimization study in thispaper, and are also the final purpose of this paper.In this paper, combining relevant lean production theory with MSO production system tooptimize the company A, Through introducing the company’s production system presentsituation, and to lean production theory as the backing, analyzes the company productionsystem existing problem and reasons, from several aspects such as the factory layout,production planning and control, information system and work in process inventory give theoptimization scheme. By comparing A’s implementation of the improvement productionprocesses data before and after, then access the company’s results after the implementation oflean production and give the benefit evaluation. Hoping that this paper can provide guidance and reference to long-term sustainable development plan for the MSO production system toindicate the direction of the research to explore lean road which is suitable for our country’sMSO enterprise management.
