A Survey Report On The Rural Financial Internet Of Poor Area In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of Internet finance,financial patterns diversified in rural areas.Internet payments,Internet lending,Internet fund sales,and other ways of selling Internet funds are continuing to go into rural financial markets,which not only injected new vitality to the development of rural financial,but also promoted the development of inclusive finance.In recent years,Hebei province has actively teamed up with Internet financial institutions to encourage the development of Internet finance.They launched the implementation of the "Internet + " action from the perspective of policy,as well as signing a memorandum of the "Internet + poverty alleviation" with the Internet financial giant Alibaba group.Meanwhile,the government supported inclusive financial at all levels and encouraged this new financial form going into the countryside.In this context,the rural financial finance in rural Hebei province has created new opportunities.There remains an ageing population problems in Hebei province,with low levels of civic culture,low cash demand,large demand for cash,and bad regulation.To explore whether the Internet financial can developed sustainably in the poor areas of Hebei province,this report will conduct the on-the-spot investigation in the four poor counties of Hebei province in forms of questionnaires and field interviews.Then we'll write the Internet financial report of the poor areas in Hebei province expecting to contribute to the development of the policy in this field and to provide theoretical support of promoting the development of the rural poor areas in Hebei province.This report is divided into five parts: the first part,the theoretical basis of rural Internet finance.The second part of the country analysed the financial status of rural internet finance in four impoverished counties in Hebei province.The third part analyzes the factors in the rural financial development of rural areas in the impoverished provinces of Hebei province.The fourth part analyzes the advantages of internet finance in poor areas of Hebei province.Part five summarizes whether internet finance can get health development in poor areas of Hebei province and offer practical policy advice for its development.
