Research On Risk Management In Material Intensive Management Of China State Grid Corp

Electric power material is the material basis for supporting the electric power industry.In order to realize the reform of modern enterprise,the China State Grid Corp employs the material intensive management material intensive management mode.In the intensive management mode,the material supply chain includes the plan management,procurement management,contract management,warehouse management,distribution management,waste material disposal management,emergency material management,quality supervision management and supplier management.The material supply chain is the key to guarantee the safe operation of power grid,and the material supply chain is a long and complex business process,which involves a wide variety of external economic and political environment.Therefore,it is important to strengthen the risk management of material supply chain.By investigating the process of the grid companies' materials management,this research builds the framework of a process-based grid material supply chain risk management,with an application of the supply chain risk management related theories.Within this framework,by focusing on the operation processes of materials supply,power company managers would be able to handle the materials supply chain risks comprehensively by a few steps including risk identification,risk assessment,and risk management optimization.This thesis firstly identifies and categorizes the risks in materials supply chain by using flow chart,risk list,interview method and clustering analysis method,and then establishes a supply chain risk assessing model based on AHP group-decision.The results of this thesis have important reference value for the identification and evaluation of the risk of material management process of the China State Grid Corp.At the same time,this thesis can also provide reference for other Power Grid Corp to carry on the material risk management.
