With the rapid development of China's economic construction,the number of companies in China is showing a rising trend,Chinese enterprises are facing the increasingly fierce market competition.There is no doubt that in this competition the state enterprises to maintain a strong competitive advantage is crucial.The actual competitive advantages of resources are mainly from financial and human resources advantages.Current research shows that human resources have a high contribution rate for economic growth which has reached more than 60%,exploitation and management of human resources have become a major factor affecting economic growth,which is an important factor reflecting the enterprise's core competitiveness.The implement of identification of vocational skills and vocational qualification certificate system,which is a major strategic measure for the rational development and utilization of human resources in China.Also it has a very important significance on enhancing the professional skills of our people.The management of its own staff as well as vocational skills appraisal career combined effectively to develop better career management which ensure the comprehensive development of staff and also enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.However,even though the vocational skills identified in the actual conduct of a start late,they are used effectively now.The method for how to identify the important role of professional skills identification in the process of enterprise employee career management,and find out the method to improve the practical effect of the identification of vocational skills,which is very important.In this paper,the concepts of professional skills identification and employee career management are expounded,and the relationship between them is analyzed.Then,it analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward some suggestions on how to implement the vocational skills appraisal and improve the problem.Finally,this paper takes the X electric power company as an example,and briefly introduces the application in X electric power company with the views and measures of the staff career management status given in this paper,which has practical guidance significance on the implementation of othercompanies.
