| With the development of economy,the competition of automotive industry is developing towards the direction of fine,specialization and service.The traditional management mode has not adapted to the new development situation.Automotive industry competition has been changed from “whole process competition” to the competition in the supply chain.All vehicle manufacturers,especially top-ranking ones have been investing large amount of manpower,resources and financial factors to supply chain management,the purpose is to improve the enterprise’s service level,to meet customer demand,expand the enterprise’s strength to have the choice to occupy the favorable situation in the fierce business competition.As it is known to all,with the continuous development of the industry,the overall level of enterprises at the same level,the difference is not very obvious,the then service has become a key factor of competition among enterprises.In the recent years,vehicle market in China has been ramping up quickly,and it is predicted that this situation will be kept for the next 10 years.But for the development level of supply chain management is much behind of marketing.To satisfy the logistic requirement of vehicle manufactures,which is requested to be low cost and high efficiency,the sub-contractors of OEM have to take more efficient actions.And the current challenges of those sub-contractors are: how the flexibility should be improved,how the accuracy of forecast should be increased,how the suppliers should be managed…Base on the analysis for the current situation of JW,some points are found to be improved: the ability of forecast,the flexibility of supply chain,the cost of supply chain.after the digging for the root cause of these points,some feasible proposals are made: improving the accuracy of forecast,making the of supply chain more flexible and improving the logistics operations. |
