Research On The Procurement Management Of Zhenhua Oil Ahdab Project

Since the beginning of 2014,the international economic situation is weak,the crude oil market for greater demand,resulting in international oil prices continued to fall.In response to the severe economic situation,oil companies will improve the level of fine management as the most important task of cost control,especially for oil and gas overseas cooperation projects.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign project procurement management theory,material classification theory and supplier management theory.This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the project procurement management business.in order to realize the problem of reducing the unit purchase cost,improving the purchasing efficiency of the unit,strengthening the quality of the material purchase and applying the modern logistics management theory,according to the characteristics of the actual procurement work of the Zhenhua Oil Ahdab Oilfield Project,in view of the existing problems,Progress management,material supplier management and procurement coordination and management of four aspects of the proposed improvement program.The results of the study will provide some ideas for reference and reference to the scientific management and standard operation of the overseas engineering project procurement of Zhenhua Oil Company,so as to realize the purpose of fine management of Chinese petroleum enterprises overseas Reduce the efficiency of the goal,improve market competitiveness,and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
